Spa Etiquette
So we can make this a wonderful and enjoyable experience for you please note the following:
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time, this will give you time to fill out required paperwork, change and begin to unwind. Unfortunately late arrival may reduce your treatment time, which will disappoint both parties.
Noise Levels
To ensure that all guests enjoy our tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum and that mobile phones be turned off when possible.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances out of our control can occur, but we do ask where possible to notify us of any cancellations. Any cancellation given less then 4 working hours prior to treatment may be charged a cancellation fee, especially when group bookings are involved.
Payments
We except payment by cash, EPTOS, Visa, Mastercard and Bartercard. We regret that we do not accept cheques, Diners club or American Express.
Group Deposits
All group bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit upon booking.
Pre-paid Treatments
Any course of treatment which has been pre-paid unfortunately if not redeemed within 3 months cannot be refunded.
Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates for all of our services. They are a great way to show someone that you care. Vouchers are valid for 6 months. Regrettable any lost/ stolen or past date vouchers can not be redeemed.
