A head, neck, shoulder and lower back massage which helps you relax and unwind by manipulating the soft tissues of the scalp, shoulders and lower back.

A mixture of the Zuberi and Chimwala massages, the volcanic stones are placed on the muscles to help soften and release pain, followed by the Zuberi to manipulate deep into the muscles.

Trigger point massage – helps to release tight muscles to improve mobility using the trigger points in the body.  This includes a strong massage.
